U BOLTS

Used in construction and mechanics, produced with steel 41CrS4, 32CrB4, B7, 42CrMo4, 25CrMo4, AISI 304, AISI 316, S355J2, it is made only on customer specifications.

The production range goes from diameter M.6 to M.42 with a maximum length of 1,500 mm (to be evaluated based on the diameter) with MA – MB – MC – MD thread.

In the case of stainless steels, the mechanical characteristics are those required by the EN 10088-3 standard, all other steels can be made with resistance class 5.6 – 8.8 – 10.9 according to the UNI EN ISO 898-1: 2013 standard.

The bars can be supplied with electrolytic zinc plating, electrolytic zinc plating and dehydrogenation (if produced with 42CrMo4), hot dip galvanizing (maximum length 1,300 mm), Geomet, Zinkel, nitrocarburizing, cataphoresis.

Packaging depends on the length of the bars. The standard requires the bars to be packed on pallets, bundles up to 3,000 mm long placed on special pallets, wooden crates. There is also the possibility to protect the threads with a special net.

TURNBUCKLES

Used in construction, it is made only on the customer’s recommendation. It is possible to produce it in S355J2 or in 41CrS4, 32CrB4, B7, 42CrMo4, 25CrMo4, AISI 304, AISI 316. In the case of S355J2 steel, it is possible to supply products with the CE mark.

The production range goes from diameter M.12 to M.42.

The available thread types are MA and MB.

NUT PITCH TPN

Utilizzata principalmente in edilizia, meccanica, ricambistica e macchine per packaging, prodotta con acciaio 11SMnPb37 (AVP) o inbronzo con tolleranza 7e.

La gamma di produzione va da diametro TPN12 a TPN50 con filettatura passo trapezoidale destro e sinistro (TPN).
