2021
IGQ for the metallurgy sector
In 2021 the company decides to get certified with the IGQ body, as it specializes in the metallurgy sector.

Also in 2021, thanks to the collaboration with CERMAC, Bonfatti Filettature issues its 3.1 certificate
2018
Fastener Fair Milan
In September 2018, the company decides for the first time to participate in a trade fair, exhibiting in Milan.
2014
New certifications
The natural point of arrival of the certification process is completed in September 2014 with the request relating to the EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 standard. This allows Bonfatti Filettature to distinguish production batches in classes 5.6, 8.8 and 10.9 (screw classes) in compliance with the CE marking, for structural components.
2013
Metal Transformation Center
In 2013, in conjunction with the earthquake event in Emilia Romagna and always attentive to the requests of the vast national and international clientele, the company obtained the qualification of Metals Transformation Center.
2012
Certifications of origin, product and process
Particular attention has always been paid to the quality of the products, always accompanied by the 3.1 certificate, with marked lots and 100% available.
During 2012 Bonfatti Filettature certifies its quality system with the TUV, in reference to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The decade 2000-2010
Production expansion
During this period, Bonfatti filettature buys new warehouses, bringing the production area to the current 2,400 square meters.
Consequently, the machine park is expanded with the purchase of new cutting and rolling machines.
2000
The 3-meter threaded bars and more
The new millennium sees the beginning of the production of threaded rods with a length of up to 3 meters. Not only that: the company is able to produce, upon customer request, the same bars with a length of up to 6 meters, also in this case acquiring a considerable competitive advantage over the competition.
The nineties
The raw material warehouse
The happy intuition of having a large stock of ready-to-work steel bars allows Bonfatti Filettature to make yet another leap in quality and above all in service: order fulfillment in a very short time and great production flexibility.
1989
The rolling activity starts
At the end of the Eighties, the activity began which marked the definitive transition from a mechanical workshop to a company producing threaded bars, log bolts, etc., thanks to the purchase and development of the first rolling machines.
1985
Double the production area
The company continues to grow and in 1985, the production area doubles, which from 150 square meters. becomes to 300 square meters.
1983
The high-strength linkage
The development of high-strength linkage for hydraulic equipment begins, a development made possible thanks to the ability to intervene on production machines, transforming them from standard machines to special machine tools in order to optimize production.
1977
The transfer
The constant growth soon imposed the need for an expansion of the structure. In 1977, while remaining on an artisanal level, the company moved to the Torrazzi industrial district, also in Modena, which is still the seat of Bonfatti Filettature today. With the entry as a collaborator, of Mrs. Maria Fregni, Gianni's wife, the company assumes a family dimension, a characteristic that is still very present today.
The first decade
From a small turning shop to a mechanical workshop
Between 1965 and the first half of the 1970s the mechanical workshop activity developed, orders and customers grew and the workforce increased with the hiring of new staff.
1966
The year of foundation
Bonfatti Filettature was founded in 1966 as a small mechanical turning shop, founded by Gianni Bonfatti, on the outskirts of Modena.
